Return & Warranty Information

Return Policy

The return of all breast pumps and accessories are subject to our strict guidelines and review. Please read our terms as follows:

  1. All packaging must be intact and unopened to qualify for return. Manufacturer’s seal/shrink wrap must be sealed and unbroken. Once opened, even if not used, items are not eligible for return.

  2. PMSI must pre-authorize all returns. Contact orders@pacificmsi.com to facilitate an RMA. All returns must be returned within 20 days of receiving the RMA. RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA WILL NOT BE PROCESSED OR CREDITED. 

  3. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the patient. We suggest using UPS, FedEx, or USPS so that the item can be tracked. You MUST HAVE proof of shipping (a tracking number). PMSI is not responsible for items  lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

  4. Inspection of items: All items returned to PMSI are subject to our inspection. Items which do not meet the return criteria will NOT be credited or refunded. In addition, any items that don’t meet return criteria will be destroyed and NOT returned to the patient. Due to the hygienic nature of these products, no exceptions will be made.

  5. Returns are only eligible within 30days of receipt. To facilitate a return request, please email: orders@pacificmsi.com

  6. NOTE: some items, due to packaging limitations, are not returnable in any condition. For example: Nursing bras and bustiers are not returnable and are considered final sale . 

Warranty Information

Breast Pumps

All pumps carried by PMSI come with a manufacturer’s warranty which is 1-2 years depending on make and manufacturer. If you have a warranty concern please follow these steps:

  1. For warranty repair/replacement, please contact the manufacturer directly. (Breast pump manufacturers do not allow us to handle warranty repairs/replacements directly with the patient).

  2. If proof of purchase is required: 

    1. Email: info@pacificmsi.com

    2. Please include your full name, date of birth, and your reason for emailing “I am requesting proof of purchase for my breast pump”. We will reply with a pdf copy of your order which you can present to the manufacturer.

3. PMSI is your advocate and here to support you. If you run into any issues with your warranty claim, please reach out to us.
