Breast Pumps
When can I get my breast pump?
This depends on your particular insurance coverage. Many plans allow moms to receive her pump while still pregnant, however there are some out there that require Baby to be born first. We’ll let you know if there are any stipulations regarding timeline before providing you with a pump.
Can I order my pump online?
You sure can! We’re actually processing all of our breast pump orders online to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Questions along the way? Please call anytime. We are here and happy to assist.
Can I return my pump if I don’t like it?
To ensure the quality and safety of the products we provide, we do not accept the return of any opened or used breast pumps. Due to the hygienic nature of such equipment, once the package has been opened we can not accept it back into our facility. However, if you’re finding the pump isn’t working as expected, we offer FREE phone and email consultations with our resident Lactation Specialists! Often times all it takes is a short phone call to identify the issue and fix the problem. After all, this pumping life is new to most moms so it makes sense there might be a learning curve involved.
I have no idea how to use my breast pump!

PMSI is in-network with most major insurance companies and can bill them directly. We will contact your insurance for coverage guidelines and inform you of your choices.
